IrDA Installation
Cut the traces to U2 pins 11 & 12.
Connect the trace that used to go to pin 11 to the IrDA TX pin.
Connect the trace that used to go to pin 12 to the IrDA RX pin
Connect the IrDA RESET to the anode of D2.
Connect +5 and GND at C1.
