Motor Modification

This clock uses a Pittman 24V DC motor 9234S007.
The shaft end cap was milled out to accept a flanged ball bearing with an inner
diameter that is larger than the shaft diameter so a bushing can be used for wire
routing.

Note that phase 2 (red) is the symmetric one because of the placement of the 3 phases
on 7 windings.
