Continuous Listening mode (each user):

CLOCK
STOP

Speaker Dependent mode (each user):

ON
STOP

Override default settings:

DATE            Displays the date
MESSAGE    Displays the message
BLINK          1 Hz blink

Spell new messages (phonetic):

ALPHA, BRAVO, ... , YANKEE, ZULU

Example:
To turn the clock on with the date displayed and blink enabled, say:
CLOCK DATE
CLOCK BLINK
CLOCK ON
