AS5247U Arduino Library

I’m using [AS5247U](AS5247U - High Resolution Rotary Position Sensor | ams) picture for a wheel balance measurement.

The Arduino libraries for AS5x47 devices weren’t working in part because I needed to use a library for two 3-axis accelerometers with all devices on SPI.
